Custom Pricing is available to Elite Wholesale Program customers only.  Through the Elite Wholesale Program we work closely with the school/gym owner to completely understand your business and what you require from your supplier.

By completely understanding what you require, we can customise a pricing solution for all the equipment you require on a regular bases.  

Main Factors In Determining Custom Pricing

  • The number of programs/styles you are running in your centre that you need equipment for.
  • How many different items you need per program/style.
  • The quantities of each item
  • How regularly you need these quantities.
Obviously the higher the quantity of items and the more regularly your require these items the better the custom pricing will be.  

Have Stock Allocated Personal For You!

Stock Allocation is one way we continue to work with school/gym owner to make business easier and provide an hand at call solution for you equipment needs.  The same as Custom Pricing, Stock Allocation is only available to customers in out Elite Wholesale Program. 

The purpose of Stock Allocation is so that once a school/gym has a good track records of what they require on a regular bases, and we have a good understanding of what is needed on a regular base, we will hold the stock on hand for you, seperate to our general inventory available to , ready and available for when you need it.

This is a great way to avoid stock shortages or stock not being available when you need it.  This is something your client manager would work very closely with you to ensure you have what you need when you need it.

Flexible Payment Terms For You!

Net Terms are a range of flexible payment terms we offer to Elite Wholesale Program customers.  Based on a customers track records and payment history, a customer Net Terms can range from 7 days payment up to 30 days payment.

Your Personal Customer Hub

The Customer Hub allows business customers manage, track and keep record of their orders, payments and overall profile.  Below are the features of the Customer Hub and outline where you can find this in the Customer Hub.

With in the Customer Hub you are able to:

  • View Orders placed
  • Track orders shipping and order status
  • Reorder items
  • Manage Profile address, password etc
  • Connect to Company Portal
  • View and use Reward Points
  • View the Century Design Lab
  • View you wish list.

What you Get with the Company Portal

The Company Portal provides business owners with added features to help manage orders.  As much as there are similar features in the Customer Hub sand depending on how you want to manage your orders, the Company Portal provides additional features to streamline the ordering process and allow authorised staff members to manage aspects of the account.

With in the Company Portal you are able to:

  • Quick orders from full product list
  • Reorder products from previous orders
  • Manage Net Terms and Purchase Late Payments
  • Manage Company Profile, Staff Members, Roles and Orders
  • Request Quote

Pre Order and Pre Sales

As a Wholesale Customer you will have first access to Sales and Pre Orders of new and incoming stock.  You will also be able to take advantage of sales exclusive available to wholesale customers.

Exclusive Wholesale Sale Offers

These are sales that will be sent directly to you and only available through your Customer Hub and Company Portal.

Sales

Wholesale customer will have the ability to take advantage of sales prior to them be available to the general public. 

Pre Orders

When new stock is coming in, Pre order are available to the general public, where they can make sure they dont miss out on item they want.  Wholesale customers we have early access to pre orders so as soon as they arrive the order are sent out and you dont miss out.

 

Save Time with Quick Orders

Quick Orders are available in the Company Portal.  This allows the customer to quickly search through product list and input the quantities you wish to order of each product without going in and out of each product individually.

Once you have selected the products you want to order in the top right hand side of the page you can add them to cart, late purchase and or request quote.

Upon selecting the products you want to order you can process and complete the order within the Company Portal and track it via the Customer Hub, all while taking advantage of discount pricing and payment terms that are assigned to your account.

 

Re Order Previous Order with ease

Reorders are in the available in the Company Portal and via the Customer Hub.  This is a great way for you to be able to quickly reorder the products you have order before with going through and selecting each product again.

This is also a great way to set up a standard order you know you are going to be making on a regular bases and be able to quick refer to it and order it again.

Reordering in Customer Hub

You can reorder from previous order in Customer Hub by clicking on the red reorder button located under the total price of the original order on the dashboard.

Reordering in Company Portal

You can reorder in the Company Portal by going to the reorder tab in the left hand side menu to bring up the previous orders.

Then it will expand the order and bring up everything in the order, select the items you want to order again and then click the shopping cart in the top left hand side.

 

AMA Rewards Program

Reward points are available to both Retail and Wholesale customers, this rewards your loyalty and support of AMA Sports and and provides you with another way to save money by redeeming these points for stock items.

As long as you are signed in you will receive reward points and be able to check on how many you have.  You can check your rewards points through the menu in the Customer Hub,
