BOOTS
Sparring boots are used in several martial arts, and are even required gear in some karate and taekwondo competitions. Some dojos also request that their students wear boots as part of their daily training, for extra foot coverage and/or to get them used to the idea of wearing foot gear while training. Some boots are designed to attach to shin guards, while others are separate pieces.
